Atlas Arena
Atlas Arena is the innovative redevelopment project in Amsterdam South East. It consists approximately 76.500m2 of office spaces and is situated in a green environment.
The challenge: Developing a temporary Food & Beverage concept and a permanent business restaurant for the Atlas Arena area.
The result of the temporary F&B concept: EME has created ‘Absolute Taste’, as a temporary restaurant for employees and visitors of the Atlas Arena area. Although it was meant as a temporary restaurant, it has obtained a permanent character because of the success.
The result of the permanent restaurant: The concept ‘Absolute Break’ is designed to provide her guests (the employees of the Atlas Arena area) the whole day with food, drinks and ‘fun’.
Our role: Development of two Food & Beverage concepts and during realization the project management.
