Cookbook "Iedereen eet mee!"

The challenge: To make a cookbook specially for kids with food allergy. You don’t realize that there are people who can’t eat everything. When you are facing the fact of a serious food allergy, like the youngest daughter of Michael, you realize that it can be different…

The result: The cookbook called ‘Iedereen eet mee!’ Recipes without nuts, soya, cow milk and egg.

Our role: Spending hours and hours in the supermarket studying the ingredients list of products. Separate preparations, separate cooking and an overfull oven are thing that you’re doing as long as the ‘allergy patient’ can enjoy her food together with the rest of the family. During the search of healthy food, without allergens, we discovered the ‘health food shop’. With new, tasteful recipes and old recipes transformed to allergen free versions, the dishes became better and better. Finally no more grey faces by seeing a ‘safe snack’ which she only had on her plate. Eating became fun again! The summit was the homemade apple pie, without milk and sugar, which was made for her first birthday. We have rarely seen a child so happy with food.
