Palace Spa Resort
The historical Palace Spa Resort is situated in Kaštel Stari, one of the seven forts at the coast of Croatia. The resort is located in a park of 31.700 sqm, looking over the Adriatic Sea.
The challenge: Designing twelve different Food&Beverage outlets for the new Palace Spa Resort.
The result: The Food & Beverage outlets were EME created a concept for;

• Black and white bar (coffee and tea)
• Asian noodle bar
• All day juice bar
• Sports restaurant
• Main buffet restaurant
• Beach club
• Sushi restaurant
• Club lounge
Our role: Preliminary operational brief for the resort and development of the twelve F&B concepts.
