Ramada Apollo Hotel Amsterdam Centre
In 2012 the doors of the Ramada Apollo Hotel will be opened, right at the beautiful Rembrandtpark. At the moment they are busy with the renovation of the hotel which will eventually result in a 18-level, three-star hotel. The hotel dispose of 440 rooms and 185 m² boardroom.
The challenge: Developing a restaurant concept for the 17th floor of the hotel. The area has room for 400 coverts and has a panoramic view over Amsterdam. Both business and leisure guests can order in the bar or in the restaurant small bites from the open kitchen. A creative designed buffet will provide the guest an unforgettable experience.
Our role: Development of the restaurant concept, coordination of the project and giving advice on lay-out and design.
