EME is tasked with the development of the F&B concept for this new hotel. With multiple locations opening in the Benelux EME has altered each concept towards its location, taking in mind not only structural limitations of the property, but also cultural and local preferences and possibilities. Each concept caters towards both the local community and the conscious traveler, by offering a limited but varied assortment. Bringing guest together to experience a homely and honest meal at multiple moments of the day.
