Fratellini Amsterdam

Fratellini Amsterdam is the first concept of 'EME Hotspots', our very own High-end take away group.

​Italy is our inspiration, Amsterdam our field. The combination between old Italy and lively Amsterdam provides the basis for Fratellini Amsterdam.

​

Fratellini serves double fermented pizza dough, the so-called sacchetto, and is filled with home made products or products sourced from small Italian family businesses.

​

Besides the sacchetto, this is the place to eat the best bianca in town, according to an authentic Italian recipe. This thin crusty bread is filled to the brim with the best that Italy has to offer.
