Leeuwenburg Amsterdam

Discover a ground floor that works as hard as the floors above it. Leeuwenburg, at Weesperzijde 190, is one of the largest office buildings in Amsterdam, right on the Amstel and a few minutes from Amstel Station. Thousands of people will walk through its doors every day. We help make sure they have somewhere good to eat when they do.

EME was asked to develop the F&B concept for the entire ground floor of this Vastint building. Instead of one restaurant, we are creating a lively mix of multiple concepts under one roof. Think of a convenience store for a quick grab-and-go, lunchrooms and sandwich shops for the daily midday break, and a fine-dining spot for the moments that deserve a little more. Whether you work upstairs, study nearby or live in the neighbourhood, there is always something that fits the moment.

The result is a food destination that feels like part of the neighbourhood and not just a canteen for the office.

Leeuwenburg is one of several projects we're working on with Vastint. We are also involved in New Tales Foodhall in Bucharest, a foodhall with around 20 vendors, and in the Business Garden lunchroom in Brussels.
