INNSiDE by Meliã Amsterdam is located on a prime location, the Amsterdam South axis and is the first Meliã hotel in The Netherlands.

 

EME was asked to develop two F&B concepts for this new hotel, on the ground floor and on the top floor, the sky bar. Both concepts are a modern version of the authentic Spanish cuisine. La Tierra, on the ground floor, is a restaurant, deli and bar, all in one and feels like a big Spanish living room. A place where the hotel guest, the South Axis employee and the local can meet and have a delicious Spanish dish accompanied by a sangria, a glass of wine or a Spanish beer. In a hurry or craving something for on the go? La Tierra deli has Spanish pastries, bocadillos, salads and barista made coffee to take with you.

 

In the El Cielo sky bar, you can enjoy breathtaking views while sipping on one of the exciting cocktails accompanied by delicious Spanish bites. The open kitchen gives a lively and cosy atmosphere, where you can see the Spanish chef working her magic. EME also came up with a breakfast concept, perfect for the space with the right exclusivity and efficiency.
